The participation of representatives from the Ministry of Public Security, Hanoi authorities, and the local government reflects the attention, direction, and close coordination given to the project, while highlighting its practical significance in improving living conditions and housing opportunities for People’s Public Security officers and personnel.

Creating a stable home for the People’s Public Security Forces

A stable home is not only a place to return to, but also a foundation that enables officers and personnel to focus on their duties and remain committed to protecting national security, maintaining public order and safety, and safeguarding the peaceful lives of the people.

As housing demand in major cities continues to increase, the implementation of the People’s Public Security Forces housing project in Viet Hung carries practical significance. It contributes to implementing policies aimed at improving living conditions for officers and personnel, particularly younger officers and those directly serving on the front lines.

Beyond meeting housing needs, the project aims to create a stable, well-planned, and connected living environment that provides a solid foundation for officers and personnel in both their personal lives and professional duties.

The project is being developed on a site of approximately 15,166.6 m², equivalent to more than 1.5 hectares, with a maximum building density of approximately 50%.

The entire development consists of three 18-storey towers, including:

  • 2 residential towers for the People’s Public Security Forces, providing 656 apartments;
  • 1 commercial residential tower, providing 182 apartments.

Planned amenities include a community center, children’s playground, swimming pool, gym and yoga room, sports area, landscaped green spaces, walking paths, and gardens. These facilities are designed to support the long-term living needs of multiple generations within each family.

Located in Viet Hung Ward in eastern Hanoi, the project benefits from an increasingly developed network of transportation, urban infrastructure, commercial facilities, and services.

From the project, residents will enjoy convenient access to major transport routes, administrative areas, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and existing amenities in Long Bien and eastern Hanoi.

The project will not only add to the supply of social and commercial housing but also contribute to the continued development of Hanoi’s urban landscape and meet genuine housing demand as the capital continues to expand.

Developer commits to safety, quality and on-schedule delivery

As the developer, Capital Hanoi Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company considers construction quality, project progress, occupational safety, fire prevention and firefighting, and environmental protection to be essential requirements throughout the implementation process.

According to the plan, construction commenced in Q3 2026, with completion expected in Q4 2028. Capital Hanoi will mobilize resources and work closely with regulatory authorities, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure construction is carried out in compliance with regulations while meeting quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

The groundbreaking ceremony marks another step in BMK Group’s strategy to expand its real estate ecosystem, from industrial infrastructure development to creating living environments that meet the practical needs of people and communities.

It also reinforces BMK Group’s long-term commitment: the value of each project is measured not only by its investment scale, but also by the practical and sustainable value it creates for people, businesses, and society.
