On September 16, 2026, Capital Hanoi Real Estate Joint Stock Company (part of the BMK Group ecosystem) and the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) – Gia Lam Branch held a signing ceremony for a credit agreement with a limit of VND 1.18 trillion for the Housing Project for the People’s Public Security Forces at Plot B3/NO1B, Viet Hung Ward, Hanoi.
The signing ceremony marks an important milestone in the implementation of the project, providing additional financial resources for the developer to continue carrying out planned works in accordance with the proposed schedule.
Financial resources supporting project progress
Under the signed agreement, Agribank Gia Lam Branch provides Capital Hanoi Real Estate Joint Stock Company with a credit facility of VND 1.18 trillion to support the implementation of the housing project at Plot B3/NO1B.
The credit facility provides additional financial resources during the project implementation phase, enabling the developer to carry out project components as planned and work toward meeting the proposed schedule and investment objectives.
The event also reflects the cooperation between Capital Hanoi and Agribank Gia Lam Branch in mobilizing and allocating resources for the project, with the aim of meeting housing demand and contributing to greater stability in the lives of officers and personnel of the People’s Public Security Forces.

Step by step toward realizing the housing project for the People’s Public Security Forces
The Housing Project for the People’s Public Security Forces at Plot B3/NO1B is being developed in Viet Hung Ward, Hanoi, by Capital Hanoi Real Estate Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of more than VND 1.693 trillion.
According to the master plan, the project comprises three 18-storey buildings, providing 656 social housing apartments for the People’s Public Security Forces and 182 commercial apartments, meeting the residential needs of approximately 2,371 residents.
With its comprehensively planned investment scale, the project aims to create a living environment that meets the housing needs of officers and personnel of the People’s Public Security Forces, while also contributing to the housing supply in eastern Hanoi.
