5. Incentive Policies and Payment Schedule
5.1 Incentive Policies
- Corporate income tax exemption for the first 2 years, followed by a 50% reduction for the next 4 years; a 17% tax rate applies for the following 10 years in accordance with Government regulations
- Import tax exemptions applicable to specific manufacturing sectors
- Incentives under Decision No. 38/2020/QD-TTg for projects included in the list of high technologies prioritized for development
- Exemption from tax on overseas profit remittance
- Land rental and infrastructure fees paid once for the entire 50-year project term
