Nam Dinh: Established Tan Thinh Industrial Cluster with an investment of 450 billion VND

Industrial cluster Tan Thinh is located in Tan Thinh commune, Nam Truc district (Nam Dinh province) with an area of about 50 hectares, the investment capital is up to 450 billion VND.

On July 31, information from Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee said that on behalf of Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Tran Anh Dung, Standing Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, had just signed a decision to establish Tan Thinh Industrial Complex.

Tan Thinh industrial cluster is located in Tan Thinh commune, Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh province with an area of about 50 hectares. Investor construction business technical infrastructure is owned by BMK Group Joint Stock Company.

The total "investment capital" of this industrial cluster is about VND 450 billion, the investor's capital and other lawfully mobilized capital (in which 15% of the capital is owned by the enterprise and 85% is mobilized from credit institutions). .

It is expected that by 7.2025 it will be completed and put the entire project  into operation; The project duration is 50 years.
