BMK Group Commences Groundbreaking Ceremony for Tan Thinh Industrial Cluster Project

On the morning of September 28, BMK Group Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tan Thinh Industrial Cluster project, located in Tan Thinh Commune, Nam Truc District, Nam Dinh Province.

Leaders from Nam Dinh Province, Nam Truc District, and BMK Group participated in the groundbreaking ritual for the Tan Thinh Industrial Cluster project.

Attendees included Mrs. Ha Lan Anh, Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Phan Van Hung, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, along with leaders from various provincial departments, agencies, Nam Truc District, Tan Thinh Commune, as well as numerous residents and businesses from the project area.

The Tan Thinh Industrial Cluster covers an area of 50 hectares, located in Tan Thinh Commune, Nam Truc District, Nam Dinh Province. It was officially established under Decision No. 1344/QĐ-UBND, signed on July 28, 2022, by the People’s Committee of Nam Dinh Province, with a total investment of VND 450 billion.

Strategically positioned on National Highway 21B, a key arterial route of Nam Dinh Province, Tan Thinh Industrial Cluster enjoys excellent connectivity: 8 km from Nam Dinh City Center; 31 km from the North-South Expressway; 90 km from Hanoi Capital; 120 km from Noi Bai International Airport; 92 km from Hai Phong International Port

With excellent strategic connectivity, the Tan Thinh Industrial Cluster is not only advantageous for road logistics but also well-equipped for waterway and railway logistics, ensuring seamless raw material transportation and product distribution for secondary investors operating within the cluster, both for domestic and export markets.

Speech by Nam Dinh Provincial Vice Chairman Ha Lan Anh

At the ceremony, Mrs. Ha Lan Anh, Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee, recognized and highly appreciated the Tan Thinh Industrial Cluster infrastructure investment project developed by BMK Group. She also commended the efforts of local authorities at all levels, including Nam Truc District, Tan Thinh Commune, and relevant provincial agencies, as well as the support and consensus of local residents in the project area.

To accelerate progress and complete the technical infrastructure for attracting secondary investors, Mrs. Ha Lan Anh requested the following:

• BMK Group should focus all resources, including finance, human capital, machinery, and equipment, and execute the project with the highest sense of responsibility to ensure technical excellence, aesthetics, quality, and timely completion for early operation.
• The company should closely coordinate with provincial and district agencies, ensuring strict compliance with planning, land management, investment, construction, and environmental regulations, so that the project does not negatively impact local residents' lives, production, and daily activities.
• BMK Group should actively promote investment and attract secondary investors, striving to achieve full occupancy as planned.

Additionally, the provincial leadership urged all relevant departments to continue supporting the project, creating the most favorable conditions for the investor, and proactively assisting in overcoming any challenges during the implementation phase.

The Nam Truc District and Tan Thinh Commune authorities must promptly address site clearance and administrative procedures, maintain public security and social order, and ensure a conducive investment environment for the successful completion of the project.

At the ceremony, the attendees witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between BMK Group and BIDV Ha Dong Branch, as well as the signing of a land lease agreement for Tan Thinh Industrial Cluster with investors, followed by the groundbreaking ceremony of the Tan Thinh Industrial Cluster project.
