Following the directive of the People’s Committee of Thai Nguyen Province, local authorities are actively addressing difficulties and accelerating the land clearance process for the Yen Binh 3 Industrial Park (IP) project in Phu Binh District. Covering 295.34 hectares with a substantial investment, the project is expected to drive strong socio-economic development in the region.
During recent meetings with the Phu Binh District People’s Committee, provincial leaders emphasized the strategic importance of the project in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI), creating local jobs, and promoting sustainable economic growth in Thai Nguyen. To ensure timely land handover, authorities have implemented a comprehensive directive from provincial to local levels, mobilizing the Phu Binh District Land Development Center, various organizations, and local political systems.
Currently, land surveys, asset assessments, and ownership documentation in Diem Thuy and Nga My communes are being actively conducted. By March 2025, the Phu Binh District People’s Committee is expected to issue land acquisition decisions and approve compensation rates, ensuring transparent, lawful, and fair compensation policies.
Ms. Nguyễn Thị Loan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, chaired a meeting to discuss solutions for accelerating compensation, land clearance, and resolving obstacles in the implementation of investment projects within the province.
